What’s the story?

In 2008 the federal Government called a global tender to help Australian tourism businesses transition to the emerging digital marketplace for tourism. The world leading TXA platform was selected to partner with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) to deliver a national, ‘open and inclusive’ booking exchange for all Australian tourism businesses to and solve the fragmentation of the tourism distribution landscape.

TXA enables Suppliers to connect to numerous Distribution Channels with live content, rates and availability for consumers to book, confirm and pay immediately.

TXA is an open, inclusive booking exchange, that incorporates inventory and pricing from multiple TXA Connected Booking Systems, which is automatically distributed to a multitude of websites no matter what their commercial model.
