IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. To read the Aggregator Agreement.

2. To complete and execute Direct Debit Request and Payment Approval (V-Pay) Form, and complete payment gateway (IntegraPay) application. By completing and executing the Direct Debit Authority and Payment Approval (V-Pay) form you authorise direct debit of the following payments, which are described in more details in your Aggregator Agreement:

Combined Booking Fee of 2.8% on the total Online Booking value at the time of Online Booking.
Distribution Fee at the Distributor Rate (commission) as agreed by you when you opt into a Distributor.
Repayment by you of any inadvertent over-payment.
